Think Green Thursday

I bought guava fruit from the grocery store this afternoon. I miss this fruit already as I haven't eaten this kind for a long time. This fruit is rich in potassium, calcium and iron. It contains both carotenoids and polyphenols, the major classes of antioxidant pigments giving them relatively high dietary antioxidant value among plant fruits. All for now, happy thursday everyone. Hello...I didn't know that guava were that good for you. We don't get them where I live very often. I don't think they like the cold winters. LOL. Thank you for participating in Thinking Green Thursday. --Michelle--

I love guava and used to eat a lot of them when I lived in Malawi, where they grow. Onver in the Uk they're only imported and never taste as good....
