Tips To Become Healthy

Hi! Hello to all my friends online. I would like to share a few tips on how to stay young and healthy. To become healthy, first you have to encourage yourself to have regular exercise for at least 30 to 60 minutes everyday such as walking, riding a bike, swimming or any outdoor activity. Drink plenty of water, if possible eight glasses of water everyday. Reduce your salt intake. Avoid too much sugar, fatty foods and junk foods. Drink green tea as an alternative to coffee. It's rich in antioxidants, lowers blood pressure and fights cancer.

Buy a monkey a bucket of chicken and have a barrel of fun with it
